In this Part, we want to publish from our activity about preparation and activity in Laboratory (part I). This activity to do project from Ministry of Higher Education (DIKTI) is called PKM (Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa) and we do this grant program part of research.

This research was conducted in the Laboratory of Genetics Biology Department of Biology, Laboratory of Organic Chemistry Department of Chemistry, State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang and at the Central Laboratory of Biological Sciences Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Brawijaya University of Malang.
